Fashion Week is set to dazzle with an exceptional creative team.

The Founder and Creative Director is  Carlotta Tate Olason, a health psychologist and the founder and editor of Erlendur Magazine, which adds a unique dimension to our team. Carlotta’s passion for cultural creativity and enhancing human potential enriches the creative direction of Fashion Week, ensuring a blend of innovative fashion and meaningful impact.

Barbara Nyakinyua, designer of Ituura bags and an international fashion model renowned for her keen eye for aesthetics.Also in the team is Bianca Hallveig Sigurdardottir a New York Fashion Week billboard model and stylist.  Her sharp sense of style and design ensures a visually stunning experience. She is also co-founder of Erlendur Magazine, and her vision for design and creativity is integral to our event's success. 

Iliyan Dukov is the producer, he has been involved with the project and the Erlendur Talent agency from the start.  He is a Licensed EASA Drone FPV Pilot. He brings to the team his expertise in project management videography and photography skills. We also have the amazing Latoya McLeary is a Fashion Stylist and Creative Director of HauteLife World, an eyewear brand based in New York City. She trained under celebrity stylist Anita Patrickson at the School of Style and later worked with her on major fashion productions. A graduate of The Vogue College of Fashion (formerly Condé Nast College, London), Latoya has built a strong presence in the industry. Her brand, HauteLife World, has been featured in Vogue, Elle, Glamour, and Harper’s Bazaar and showcased on runways in Milan and Paris. With her expertise in styling and runway productions, she is the perfect choice for Director of Styling for Fashion Week.
